		<description>I loved this food hall, and ventured there many times for cheap and cheerful feeds on my last visit.  The laksa at Happy Chef was rather good, thought not very spicy.  And there was also a place to the left of the Gingseng dues that did a wonderful crispy skin chicken.</description>
