Recently I stopped in at Thu The with a friend. A scrap of paper sticky-taped to the wall advertised Hanoi Style Pho. Had to have it, and it was great, but to tell you the truth I couldn’t tell you the difference between this and regular pho.
I’ll have to have them side by side one day.
